I was reading an article /slash/ chart of "Web 2.0" sites done by Kat from SEOmoz. I didn't even realize it was Kat who put it together at first, but realized at the end. By the way, the article is great for anyone interested in the best of today's web applications.
Kat has a blog at Numine.com that I stumbled onto a while back and make sure ...

I feel like it's been a year since I've posted. I realized that I feel like I need to have some long story to post about... when in reality, it'd be better to post something short every day or two so that you people stay interested and coming back...
So, I'm going to try that this week and see how it goes!

Paul Graham just posted an essay about "How To Do What You Love." He starts by talking about how kids really only distinguish between two different things: playing and not playing (chores, etc.). Paul then walks through an individual's steps through life and how, psychologically, they look at work, play, and enjoying what they do.

NASA is about to launch a probe that will capture data and imagery from Pluto. The "New Horizons" Spacecraft will travel more than 10 times faster than a bullet, at 47,000mph once it reaches it's top speed and will take 10 years to reach Pluto. The launch has been delayed several times, today being the latest. It will ...

The guy who sent me this image was looking at partnering with our site and offered the suggestion of having his car tattooed with our logo! He has a SMART car and lives in Sweden where he says the car is rare and would ...

No, I'm not talking about the spot that's a mystery to all guys but me, ;) I'm talking about the Mystery Spot in Santa Cruz, CA. "The Mystery Spot, for decades one of Santa Cruz's most alluring tourist sites, bills itself as a place where the laws of physics and gravity cease to exist."
This article is really amazing...

I've known this was possible for quite a while, but until today, I didn't realize how cool it really could be. I installed the Greasemonkey extension for Firefox, which allows you to install User Scripts to control the functionality of different websites you may visit - as long as you're using Firefox of course.
So, basically, Greasemonkey is an engine that you plug these User Scripts into... and ...

Genius struck at 2:09am on December 7, 2005. I've been racking around ideas for a new website... one that will be both a benefit and release to potentially millions of worldwide visitors... and now the goal is clear.
What is it?
Sorry, you won't hear about it on here for a while yet. But I can tell you this: it could solve the world's problems. Over the ...

I had used the Opera browser for a couple years religiously (the ad-supported version) and just recently, they released Opera as a completely free, no-ads version.

I switched to Firefox a in December of 2004, and haven't looked back since. I do, however, miss the integrated email client in Opera... it was very
